Job: Finance Manager – Development Finance
Role Overview: Drive financial reporting, cash flow management, and balance sheet oversight for development projects across real estate and manufacturing sectors.
Requirements
- CA Qualified (Mandatory)
- 8–12+ years of experience in finance roles
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, Cash Position Management, and Balance Sheet Review
- Experience in Real Estate and/or Manufacturing sectors
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Monitor and control project cash position and forecasts
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and financial regulations
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders
