Role: AI Developer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that drive business impact. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and building scalable AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI/ML models for real-world business use cases
- Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning pipelines
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Continuously improve model performance and scalability
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI use cases
- Hands-on experience with model deployment and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI frameworks
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
- Exposure to big data technologies
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
